Summary disclosures
-
Dino Technologies, Inc. operates a spend permissioning and financial operations platform, and is not an FDIC-insured bank. When available, banking services are provided by our banking partners, Member FDIC where applicable; partner-bank banking may be in development, pilot, or limited test availability and is not offered to all customers or regions. Where offered, spend cards issued through the Services are account-linked or prepaid-style cards issued by our card-issuing bank partners as identified in your product terms. Monthly membership fees may apply. Card purchases may be eligible for cashback. See Dino Terms of Service for more information.
-
FDIC deposit insurance covers the failure of an insured depository institution. For Dino business checking accounts held through our banking partners when offered, deposits are eligible for FDIC insurance up to $250,000 per depositor, for each insurable capacity in which the account is held. Certain conditions must be satisfied for pass-through FDIC insurance to apply. Such deposits are FDIC-insured through our banking partners, Member FDIC where applicable, and their sweep program network banks.
-
Digital-asset services (including the Global USD Account and USDC) are provided by Dino Technologies, Inc. in partnership with third-party providers. Digital assets are not bank deposits, legal tender, or covered by FDIC, SIPC, or any other government-backed insurance. USDC custody, conversion, and partner roles are described in the Global USD Account Terms of Use and related disclosures. Geographic, regulatory, and other eligibility limits apply, and are subject to change. Digital-asset transactions may be irreversible. Rewards are promotional rebates funded by Dino, not interest. See the full Global USD Account Terms of Use for more details.
-
If Dino offers digital-asset services (including USDC) through third-party providers, eligibility limits, compliance checks, and partner terms apply. Dino may suspend or decline digital-asset activity where required by law, partner policy, or risk controls.
-
Dino is a financial technology company, not a bank. Business-purpose loans made by Lead Bank and subject to credit approval. Application and consent to obtain personal credit report is required. Subject to minimum revenue and business requirements. Personal Guaranty may be required. Fees vary based on risk assessment and loan term.
-
If Dino offers any investment, advisory, or yield-bearing features, those offerings are subject to separate, product-specific terms and disclosures delivered at enrollment, and may not be available to all customers or regions.
Money market funds
The 7-day SEC yield for a money market fund is calculated by annualizing its daily income distributions for the previous 7 days. You should consider the investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses of a money market fund carefully before investing. This and other information is found in the fund’s prospectus. Please read the prospectus before investing. An investment in a money market fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although a money market fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in a money market fund. Yields fluctuate and past performance is no guarantee of future results.
Conflicts
Some Dino partners may pay fees or revenue share to Dino in connection with services you choose to use. When applicable, conflicts are described in the relevant product terms and enrollment disclosures.
